Program Associate

Responsibilities

  • to work closely with the existing program team and faculties

  • help students apply transfer applications and necessary communications, assisting to program manager

  • Program scheduling for 2+2 program, external programs and events

  • conduct college advising sessions

  • conduct students and parents transfer and visa orientation sessions in English and Burmese

  • gather and consolidate the needs and wants of the students and parents

  • keep track with the students’ attendance, grade reports and performance

  • communicate with the faculty for scheduling and necessary assistance

  • collaborate with program, marketing and other team members

  • Involve in planning and be a team-player in Pre-U program and other external events

  • any other related responsibilities that arise

Requirements

  • Alumni student of American University of Yangon (formerly Connect Institute)

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Highly motivated

  • Positive, cooperative personality and ability to work in a team

  • Ability to handle complexity

  • Open-mindedness

  • Pleasant personality with great people skills

We are looking for an AU Alumni who has finished their years in Yangon and who do not have immediate transfer plans. Former students who have successfully completed Pre-University or Study Abroad 101 program previously at American University of Yangon can also apply.
