Referral Programs

1. Enroll with your Friend Program

   What is more exciting than enrolling at a university with your best friend? You will get to learn together, experience club activities together or ditch a class together (although this is not encouraged at AUY), or even earn a little extra money together just by enrolling together! If a student enrolls at AUY together with his/her friend, both students will be rewarded with a 500 USD discount each upon your enrollment.
   
   
   

2. Current Student and Alumni Referral Program

   As a current AUY student, you already know and understand the value of the AUY American Transfer Program. Therefore, you are the best possible spokesperson for the university. You've experienced the personal attention of our caring faculty and staff. Now is your chance to invite another passionate and motivated student to AUY. Please refer to him or her by completing the online form below.

   As a sign of our gratitude, both the referred student and referee student will get a discount of 500 USD for their next tuition fee. Moreover, you can make more than one referral; however each referral must be filled out separately.
   
   
   

3. Parent & Alumni Referral Program

   It is hugely gratifying to receive the overwhelming appreciation we have been receiving from many of AUY parents who already share our vision to create a wonderful learning experience for our students.

   As a gesture of our appreciation we are happy to introduce our parent referral programme, whereby existing parents can refer other parents and receive a deduction of 500 USD from current school fee if their children are studying at AU. Additionally, the referred student will get a 500 USD discount off their tuition fees.

   The Alumni or the parents will receive a gift voucher worth approximately 1,000,000 MMK once the referred parent's child is enrolled. Additionally, the referee student will get a 500 USD discount off their tuition fees.

Referral Process

The process of referral rewards is as follows:

1. Write to us with name and contact details of the referred student / family at info@connect.edu.mm or viber 09779000900 or messenger

2. You will receive an acknowledgement from the admissions team

3. We will inform you when the child is enrolled at AUY

4. Your referral reward will be released in two weeks from the date of enrolment

5. You may refer as many students as you wish and receive your referral award more

Important Requirements

This form must be submitted before the referred student begins the application to AUY.  

• Be sure to remind the person you are referring that he/she should identify you as the referrer when they inquire about AUY. Missing information can invalidate the referral and/or significantly slow down the process. 

• You make multiple referrals.

• Each prospect/applicant/student may only have one referrer. In the event of multiple referrers, the referrer with the earliest time-stamped submission will be deemed the referrer and the others null and void.

• A referral will be considered successful only:
   i) if the referred student mentions the full name and details of the referee
  ii) once the referred student enrolls at AUY and the fees is paid

ညွှန်းပို့မှုဆိုင်ရာ အစီအစဉ်များ

(၁) သူငယ်ချင်းနဲ့အတူ အပ်နှံတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်

အခင်ဆုံးသူငယ်ချင်းနဲ့ တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုထဲမှာ အတူတူ အပ်နှံတက်ရောက်ရတာထက် ပိုပြီး ရင်ခုန် စိတ်လှုပ်ရှားစရာကောင်းတဲ့အရာ ရှိနိုင်ပါဦးမလား။ အတူတကွ လေ့လာသင်ယူခွင့်ရမယ်၊ အသင်းအဖွဲ့ ဆိုင်ရာ လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေမှာ အတူတူ ပါဝင်နိုင်မယ်၊ အတန်းလည်း အတူတူ လစ်လို့ရမယ်။ (ဒါမျိုးကိုတော့ AUY က အားမပေးပါဘူး။) ဒါတွေအပြင် အတူတူ ကျောင်းအပ်ရုံနဲ့ အပိုငွေလေး နည်းနည်းပါးပါးလည်း ရရှိခံစားနိုင်ဦးမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တကယ်လို့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတစ်ယောက်ယောက်က သူ့သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်နဲ့အတူ AUY မှာ အပ်နှံ မယ်ဆိုရင် တစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီအတွက် ကျောင်းဝင် ကြေး အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၅၀၀ လျှော့ပေးတဲ့ ခံစား ခွင့်ကို သူငယ်ချင်းနှစ်ယောက်လုံး ရရှိမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(၂) လက်ရှိကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့ ကျောင်းသားဟောင်းတွေက
ညွှန်းပို့ပေးတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်

AUY မှာ လက်ရှိတက်ရောက်နေတဲ့ ကျောင်းသူ ကျောင်းသားအနေနဲ့ AUY က ပညာရေးအစီအစဉ်ရဲ့ တန်ဖိုးကို သိရှိနားလည်ပြီးသား ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်လည်း သင်တို့တွေဟာ တက္ကသိုလ်အတွက် အသင့်တော်ဆုံး ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ နွေးထွေးပျူငှာတဲ့ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတွေနဲ့တခြားဝန်ထမ်း တွေရဲ့ တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီအပေါ် အလေးထား မှုတွေကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ကြုံတွေ့ရပြီးဖြစ်တဲ့ သင်တို့အနေ နဲ့ အခုအချိန်မှာတော့ စိတ်အားထက်သန်တက်ကြွ နေတဲ့ အခြားကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေကို AUY ဆီ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ဖို့ အခွင့်အလမ်း ရရှိလာပါပြီ။ အောက်က online form ကိုဖြည့်ပြီးသာ ညွှန်းပို့ပေးလိုက်ပါ။

သင်ညွှန်းပို့ပေးလိုက်တဲ့ ကျောင်းသူ၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျောင်းသားက AUY မှာ အပ်နှံပြီး သူ့ရဲ့ ပထမ ပညာသင်ကာလကို အောင်အောင်မြင်မြင် ပြီးဆုံးသွား ရင် ညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူသင့်ကို ကျေးဇူးတုံ့ပြန်တဲ့အနေနဲ့ USD 500 (မြန်မာငွေ ၁၀ သိန်းဝန်းကျင်) ရရှိနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် သင့်အနေနဲ့ တစ်ယောက်မက ညွှန်းပို့ပေးလို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ညွှန်းပို့မှု တစ်ခုချင်းစီ အတွက် form သီးခြား ဖြည့်သွင်းပေးရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

(၃) မိဘတွေက ညွှန်းပို့ပေးတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်

ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေအတွက် လေ့လာသင်ယူမှု အတွေ့အကြုံကောင်းတွေ ဖန်တီးပေးအပ်နိုင်ဖို့ဆိုတဲ့ AUY ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်ကို ဝိုင်းဝန်းဖြည့်ဆည်း ပေးကြတဲ့ AUY ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားမိဘတွေရဲ့ ကျေးဇူးတင် ပီတိစကားတွေဟာ အလွန်အင်မတန်မှ နှစ်ထောင်း အားရစရာ ကောင်းလှပါတယ်။ ဒီအတွက် AUY ကလည်း ကျေးဇူးတုံ့ပြန်တဲ့အနေနဲ့ မိဘတွေက ညွှန်းပို့ပေးတဲ့ အစီအစဉ်တစ်ခုကို မိတ်ဆက် ပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်။ မိဘတွေအနေနဲ့ တခြားမိဘတွေကို AUY ဆီ ညွှန်းပို့ပေးပြီး AU မှာ လက်ရှိတက်ရောက်နေကြတဲ့ သူတို့သားသမီးတွေရဲ့ ကျောင်းလခထဲက အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ ၅၀၀ လျှော့ပေးမဲ့ ခံစားခွင့်ကို ရယူနိုင်ကြမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုမှမဟုတ်ရင်လည်း မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ ဆယ်သိန်း ပမာဏဝန်းကျင်ကို ရွေးချယ်ရယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် သင်ညွှန်းပို့ပေးလိုက်တဲ့ ကျောင်းသူ ကျောင်းသားအနေနဲ့ လည်း သူတို့ရဲ့ ကျူရှင်လခထဲက အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၅၀၀ လျှော့ပေးမဲ့ ခံစားခွင့်ကို ရရှိမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားဟောင်းများနှင့် ကျောင်းသား ဟောင်းမိဘတွေအနေနဲ့ကတော့ သူတို့ညွှန်းပို့ပေး လိုက်တဲ့ တခြားမိဘတွေရဲ့ သားသမီးတွေ AUY မှာ အပ်နှံဖြစ်သွားရင် မြန်မာကျပ်ငွေ ၁၀ သိန်းဝန်းကျင် ကို ရရှိမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် ညွှန်းပို့ပေး လိုက်တဲ့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားဟာလည်း ကျူရှင်လခထဲက အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၅၀၀ လျှော့ပေးမဲ့ ခံစားခွင့်ကို ရယူနိုင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ညွှန်းပို့မှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်

ညွှန်းပို့မှုအတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကတော့ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

• ညွှန်းပို့ပေးမဲ့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသား/မိသားစုရဲ့ အမည်နဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်ရန်လိပ်စာ အပြည့်အစုံကို ရေးသားပြီး info@connect.edu.mm ကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ viber 09779000900 ကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ messenger ကနေဖြစ်စေ ပေးပို့ရပါမယ်။ 

• ပြီးရင်တော့ ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအဖွဲ့ရဲ့ ပြန်ကြားချက်ကို လက်ခံရရှိမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

• ညွှန်းပို့ပေးထားတဲ့သူတွေက AUY မှာ အပ်နှံဖြစ်သွားတဲ့အခါ ညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူကို အကြောင်းကြားပါမယ်။ 

• ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသား အပ်နှံတဲ့နေ့ကနေစလို့ နှစ်ပတ်အတွင်းမှာ ညွှန်းပို့မှုဆိုင်ရာ မေတ္တာလက်ဆောင်တွေကို ထုတ်ပေးသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

• ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသား အရေအတွက် များနိုင်သမျှများများ စိတ်ကြိုက်ညွှန်းပို့နိုင်ပြီး မေတ္တာလက်ဆောင်တွေကို ပိုမိုရယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။  

အရေးကြီး သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ

ညွှန်းပို့ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားက AUY မှာ ကျောင်းလျှောက်ထားမှုမစခင် ညွှန်းပို့လျှောက်လွှာကို တင်သွင်းပေးပို့ရပါမယ်။ 

• သင်ညွှန်းပို့ပေးလိုက်သူတွေက AUY အကြောင်း စုံစမ်းမေးမြန်းချိန်မှာ သင်ဟာသူတို့ရဲ့ ညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဖော်ပြဖို့ သူတို့ကို သတိပေးပါ။ အချက်အလက် မပြည့်မစုံဆိုရင် ညွှန်းပို့မှုဟာ သတ်မှတ်ချက်နဲ့ မကိုက်ညီတော့တာ၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို အတော်လေး နှောင့်နှေးကြန့်ကြာသွားစေတာကြောင့်ပါ။ 

• ညွှန်းပို့သူအနေနဲ့ ညွှန်းပို့မှုများများ လုပ်ဆောင်ပါ။ 

• ကျောင်းလျှောက်ထားသူ၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားတွေအနေနဲ့က ညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူ တစ်ဦးသာ ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ တကယ်လို့ သူ့ကိုညွှန်းပို့ပေးထားသူ အများအပြား ရှိနေခဲ့မယ်ဆိုရင် ညွှန်းပို့မှုလျှောက်လွှာ အစောဆုံး တင်သွင်းပေးပို့ထားသူကိုသာ သူ့ရဲ့ညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်မှာဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန်သူတွေကတော့ အကြုံးဝင်မှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ 

• အောက်ပါအခြေအနေတွေ ရှိမှသာလျှင် ညွှန်းပို့မှုတစ်ခုဟာ အောင်မြင်တယ်လို့ သတ်မှတ်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 

• ညွှန်းပို့ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားက သူ့ကိုညွှန်းပို့ပေးသူရဲ့ နာမည်အပြည့်အစုံနဲ့ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်တွေကို ဖော်ပြပေးတဲ့အခါ၊ 

• ညွှန်းပို့ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသားက AUY မှာ အပ်နှံဖြစ်ပြီး အခကြေးငွေတွေ ပေးချေပြီးတဲ့အခါ။ 

• မေးမြန်းလိုသည်များရှိပါက info@connect.edu.mm ကို ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
